5 Easy Ways To Get More Traffic To Your Website

Getting Traffic to Your Site

There is a good chance if you’re reading this you’re looking for new ways of getting traffic to your website. If you’re like most people you might find it a little difficult to get quality traffic to your website, and we all know traffic is the key to running a healthy and successful business online. So today I would like to share with you 5 easy ways to increase your websites traffic.

1.) Writing Articles
– You’ve probably already written a few articles, but if you haven’t you should try to write 3 – 5 articles per week. A well written article, and with some luck from Google you can get a good amount of quality targeted traffic back to your website. Articles are easy to write, and will last a lifetime as they never die. So you can count on your articles for residual traffic for years to come.

2.) Viral E-book – This is something a lot of people don’t even think about. If you can write an e-book, and give it away for free then you can get some good traffic. The way it works is easy. You write an e-book give it away for free, and allow others to give it away for free as well. Inside the e-book will be some links going back to your website. As time goes on more and more people will give away your e-book making it go viral, and getting you a lot of good quality traffic.

3.) Classified Ads – These little ads are a great way to get traffic to your website. They are usually free to post, and if you make it a habit of posting daily you can experience some good traffic. Also it doesn’t hurt to place a paid classified ad once in awhile to give it a boost.

4.) Twitter – If you haven’t made a Twitter account yet you need to make one ASAP. Twitter is a new hot social networking site, where you can connect with thousands of people who have the same Interests as you do. This makes for laser targeted traffic. On your Twitter profile you can write a short line or two about yourself and you can also leave a link back to your website.

5.) HubPages – Do a Google search for HubPages. Signup and start posting Hubs. A Hub is basically a short article. These are known for getting ranked in Google so you can expect to get some nice targeted traffic from them. I recommend trying to post at least 3 Hubs per week.

So there you have it. These are my 5 easy ways to start getting more traffic to your website. Each of the above methods is free so you don’t have to worry about spending money. They are also all proven to work as I’ve tested each one, and continue to use each method myself. Finally just remember that traffic is the key to a successful business. With out quality traffic you will stand little or no chance of success so keep posting those ads!
